Family

Thoughts of Family

Once again, this Christmas has come around quicker than any of us could have imagined - and as is usual, I have begun to think about how important my family is too me.  Our families are the people who shape us - molding us into the people we are today.

They are there for us when we fall down, they help us get back up - preparing us to face the world once more, and what thanks do they get? We turn our backs and head straight on back out into the world. Except for Christmas, when (most) families gather together to enjoy a few precious hours together - reconnecting, and celebrating another hectic year. Gathering strength for the trials that the next will bring.

So this Christmas, as you bicker over who gets the last slice of cake, or who cheated at Monopoly - try to remember why you're the person you are today - and give something back in return (even if that does mean letting your sibling win once in a while!)

More Soon!
Merry Christmas
Love Amber
